Why Energize Group was founded
Energize Group was born from a clear observation: too many companies—especially profit-driven outsiders and certain Edmonton-based firms—treated Indigenous and remote projects as quick transactions. They often damaged relationships, failed to meet obligations, and left communities no better off.
Our commitment to integrity and community
With over 30 years of experience across ICI, residential, civil, earthworks, oil & gas, energy, remote camps, and renovations, our seasoned founders decided enough was enough. They created Energize Group to prove construction can be done with integrity.

By blending technical excellence with genuine respect, meaningful engagement, and hands-on training for Indigenous youth, we deliver projects on time and on budget while building skilled local workforces and multi-generational community strength across western Canada.
